Eligibility

Two Year Post Graduate Program in Advanced Construction Mgt. (PGP ACM)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks

Two Year Post Graduate Program in Project Engineering & Mgt. (PGP PEM)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks


Two Year Post Graduate Program in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure Mgt. (PGP REUIM)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks


Two Year Post Graduate Program in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks


Eighteen Month Post Graduate Program in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB)
Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business

One Year Post Graduate Program in Quantity Surveying & Contract Mgt. (PGP QSCM)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks


One Year Post Graduate Program in Health, Safety & Environment Mgt. (PGP HSEM)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience; minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria

Application Fee

The Application Fee for one Program was Rs.1900/- plus Transaction charges and for more than one programme was Rs.2500/- plus transaction charges

Last Date of Issue and Submission of Applications: 27th December 2017 (Wednesday)

Date of Admission Process (NCAT & PI): 22nd January to 28th January 2018
