National Institute of Design is a Design School . It is located in Ahmedabad, India. It was Founded in 1961 . The institute functions as an autonomous body under the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, government of India The institute offers three main courses all of which follow the two semester per year pattern.
