NIT MCA Common Entrance Test is a National Level Test conducted by the NITs for admission to the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Programme.

To apply for this entrance test the Applicant should be an Indian National and should have at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale in:

(i) BSc / BSc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time or
(ii) B E / B Tech or equivalent, from a recognized University.

NIMCET scholarship
On the basis of your ranking the NIMCET you were allotted the college. Some colleges have scholarship programs and also there are some scholarships available for students which are provided by some memorials and trusts. There might be some criteria to get the scholarship; mainly it is on basis of your performance.
