I want to join National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NIT Rourkela) for doing Summer Internship Program. Will you tell me is there any Summer Internship Program available for the M.Sc students if yes then tell me process to apply here for training?

NIT (National Institute of Technology) Rourkela had launched a Summer Internship Programme 2019 to encourage aspiring bright students of different Institutes in India other than NIT Rourkela to pursue an innovative research and development project under the guidance of NIT Rourkela faculties.

The selected summer fellow registered at NIT Rourkela for whom there was no institute registration fee. The Institute provided 50 nos. of Summer Fellowships.


Eligibility

One should be free in the above mentioned period (May 20 to Jul 19, 2019); otherwise one should not apply.

Request of late joining or early leaving will not be entertained.

One should have all grade sheets till the previous semesters.

Any B.E./B. Tech student with a good academic record, who has appeared at least 4th semester exam.

Any B. Arch/Integrated M.Sc./Integrated M.Tech/Dual degree student with a good academic record, who has appeared at least 6th semester exam

Any M.Sc/MA in Development Studies/MBA student with a good academic record, who has appeared at least 2nd semester exam

Pass out students / Students who are in the final year of above mentioned degrees are not eligible to apply.


Duration
The internship duration was between May 20 - Jul 19, 2019. Biometric attendance on working days was compulsory. Extra leave was not applicable.
