I want to see the cultural fest of NIT silchar but I am not the student of NIT Silchar so is it possible that the student of various colleges are allowed to see the cultural fest of NIT Silchar , if its possible then tell me that if its conducted any passes for entry or not and how much fee it is conducted for passes if its conducted?
