NJ DCA forms

I have just shifted to New Jersey and I have taken a house for living. So I have been told that I need to register the house and regarding that to the All of the Division of Codes and Standards forms. So kindly provide me with the mailing address and contact details of the person in charge regarding this.

The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is a State office made to give regulatory direction, monetary support and specialized help to nearby governments, group advancement associations, organizations and people to enhance the personal satisfaction in New Jersey.
