India went through the process of liberalization, privatization, and globalization of its economic policies in 1991, and has undergone vast changes in its legal and economic setting since the early 1990s. With this opening up of the economy completing 25 years in 2016, the occasion is mature to inspect its impact on India – specifically, on the various laws enacted and amended subsequent to liberalization. Conference Themes The Conference was held on July 14th, 15th and 16th, 2016.
