The Common Law Admission Test is a non-statutory body created under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the convenience of the students seeking admission to various National Law Universities in the country.

Through CLAT candidates may get applied in University for admission to their Under-Graduate (UG)/ Post-Graduate (PG) programmes.

Starting date for submission of online application form 1st January, 2017 (Sunday)
Last date for submission of filled-in online application form 31st March, 2017 (Friday)
Download of Admit Cards/Hall Tickets From 20th April, 2017 (Thursday)
Date of CLAT 2017 Online examination for UG & PG 14th May, 2017 (Sunday), 3 PM to 5 PM

Exam Pattern:

Total Marks: 200
Number of Questions: 200
Duration: 2 hours

Marking:
There is system of negative marking and for every incorrect answer 1/4th marks will be deducted.

Elementary Mathematics 20 marks
General Knowledge/Current Affairs 50 marks
Logical Reasoning 40 marks
Legal Reasoning 50 marks
