The School of Business Management of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has concluded the final placement 2017 for its 2015-17 batch with more recruiters visiting the campus and offering higher pay packages.

There are 522 students in the core MBA and 65 students in MBA-HR at SBM-NMIMS Mumbai who have been placed in various roles and profiles.

The School has witnessed the best ever placements with marquee companies participating and offering coveted profiles across sectors to the 2015-17 Batch of MBA Core and MBA HR Students.

The batch diversity at NMIMS Mumbai attracted companies from a wide variety of sectors, including top PSU’s that recruited students in decent numbers.

The current placement season saw a batch of 587 students being placed in 175 companies in record time.

42% of the batch received PPOs and PPIs which is a 20% increase over the previous year.

The School of Business Management NMIMS, Mumbai offers core MBA as well as MBA in HR.

Total number of students in Core MBA are 522 and the number of companies offering placement in various sectors and domains for the students remained 166.

Average & Highest Salary-

The highest salary recorded at SBM-NMIMS Mumbai in Placement 2017 was Rs.34.11 lakhs per annum and the Average salary stood at Rs. 17.58 lakhs.

The average salary for the top 50 students was Rs. 26.5 lakhs and for top 120 students it was Rs.23.4 lakhs.

Even at top 180 and 240 the deviation was not much as the average salary bracket for top 180 students stood at Rs. 21.31 lakhs and for top 240 it remained at Rs.19.92 lakhs.

Average salary for MBA-HR in Placement 2017 at NMIMS witnessed a rise of 12.71%. The highest salary in placement 2017 for MBA-HR stood at Rs. 17 lakhs and Average salary also increased to Rs. 13.57 lakhs.
