It is very much possible that the validity of ‘NMAT by GMAC’ exam scores for MBA admission might be increased.

At present NMAT scores are valid for one academic session; the scores of ‘NMAT by GMAC’ may remain valid for 4/5 years.

NMAT Rescheduling

A test taker will be allowed to reschedule the test no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled test to a different date, time and/or test centre, subject to availability, by paying the applicable fee by credit card only.

Seat availability in terms of test centre, slot and date will be on a “First come, First serve” basis.

A test taker cannot reschedule a test if 72 hours or less remain before the scheduled test. For detailed terms, please refer to the section on Forfeit of Test Fee.

Test takers will be able to exercise the rescheduling option between July 4, 2017 and December 15, 2017.

NMAT exam pattern

‘NMAT by GMAC’ is proposed to be a computer based objective type multiple-choice test as earlier NMAT.

NMAT used to have 120 questions to be solved in 2 hours (120 minutes).

No descriptive type of questions is asked in NMAT.
