Total 62,962 candidates appeared for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) exam 2017

The minister announced that 70,678 candidates registered for the examination, 62,962 candidates appeared for the exam and 54,503 qualified in the examination registering a pass percentage of 86.56.

38,835 boys qualified with a pass percentage of 61.68, and 24,056 girls qualified in the examination with 38.20 pass percentage, besides 71 transgender candidates qualified with 0.11 pass percentage.

The APICET 2017 Examination was held on 2nd May 2017

To qualify AP ICET 2017, minimum 25% qualifying marks are required. No minimum qualifying marks are there for SC/ST candidates.

APICET Eligibility Criteria


For MBA Course: Candidates seeking admission in this course must have passed the 3-year bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized institution (Math studied at 10 standard).

For MCA Course: Aspirants who want to apply for this course must have completed bachelor degree with Mathematics or any other subject (Math studied at 10+2).

It is mandatory for all the aspirants to score minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% in case of SC/ST).

Bachelor degree collected through distance mode must have recognition from joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.

Candidates who are appearing their final year examinations are also eligible to apply
