I want to tell you that notification for this year has not been released yet.
So I am giving you information according to the last year notification just for reference,

The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) shall hold a ARS-2015 (Preliminary) Examination during 04.12.2015 to 10.12.2015 in Online mode.
The ARS-2015 (Main) Examination will be conducted on 21.02.2016.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline
Candidates having Master’s degree from a foreign University must attach a certificate of equivalence and recognition of that degree issued by the University Grants Commission/ Government of India / any other concerned Government of India / Department or Agency.

AGE LMIT:

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years but not have attained the age of 32 years

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS

For ARS:
The number of attempts for appearing in the Agricultural Research Service Examination will be limited to SIX for Unreserved category candidates
