Subject - Issue with payment of my credit card (444433622715359895995), due to negligence from bank updates of email and residence address

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is a reference to my discussion just a while ago about my credit card (444433622715359895995) billing issues. I did not receive any hard copy invoice on my address as well as email and hence coul;d not make a payment. I spoke to the call center and even visited the local branch for the invoices but have yet to receive them.
While having discussion today I understood amounts are due along with heavy late fees. I am ready to pay the actual expense incurred on my card,. however request to please waive off all the late fees imposed on my credit card, which I have no intention in delaying the payment. The actual concern was not getting the bill on my email id, as well as the hard copy to my residence.
Request you to please share soft copies of my invoices and confirm the actual expenses incurred after removal of the late fees, so that I could make the payment ASAP.
