The version 2009 of the CSTB NV65 consolidates all revisions distributed to date including correcting No. 4 February 2009. The No. 4 altering changes the cards "wind" and "snow" of NV65 principles to guarantee consistency with the Eurocode 1. It takes after the changing No. 2 December 1999 identifying with the change of the card "wind" (which scratched off and supplanted the correction No. 1 February 1987) and the changing No. 3 April 2000 on the "snow" card.

The NV65 2009 resume mapping the snow load on the ground in France received in the national addition to Eurocode 1 - section 1-3 (NF EN 1991-1-3/NA).

The national addition NF EN1991-1-4 (Eurocode 1) incorporates another wind map drawn on the premise of another factual study, finished in 2005.

Techniques for application are:

For private works contracts if there is reference to the NF P 03-001 ( GCC General Conditions of Contract), the new cards apply for meetings dispatched on 1 July 2009.

On the off chance that there is no reference to the NF P 03-001 standard, they apply to contracts with a settlement date of the offer is May 2009.

For open works contracts alluding to GCC: if the month estimating is determined in the agreement records, the new cards will apply from May 2009 (Art 3.11.).

Without month estimating in these records, they apply to the demonstrations of engagement marked on 1 June 2009 (Art. 10.45).

Guide of districts demonstrated underneath against, and wind weight as characterized in the NV65 tenets were revised by the archive AFNOR P06-002 "Principles NV65 and 84 March 1998," which was at the proposition stage in 1998 .

These corrections were distributed in December 1999 by the CSTB under the reference "DTU revising NV65 No. 2 on the guide of wind zones."

These progressions apply to private markets including the dispatch of the conference is following three months of the date of distribution of these standards, ie from 1 March 2000 (NF P03-001, "determination provisions General regulatory material to building work subject to private markets ").

For open acquirement, these modifications are made required by gazetting of 18 June 2000 (Decree No. 2000-524 of 15 June 2000) for those whose discussion is dispatched on 1 December 2000.

The new twist map in France now incorporates four territories:

Separated east, the old locales I spend in Zone 2, which shows a noteworthy increment in element weight (+ 20%). In addition, wind burdens are expanded by 29% in a few sections of Britain, beach front territories of the Channel and Corsica.

Regions 5 concern abroad regions: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte.

Snow - correcting No. 3 (April 2000)

Snow loads map remains that of Annex 1 of the corrected tenets N84 95 with the corrigendum to Saint-Pierre and Miquelon:

PN0 = 1900 Pa (N/m2) and P'n0 (amazing) = 3100 Pa.

In private markets, that conformity is appropriate from 1 July 2000.

From the date of use of this changing identifying with snow loads, N84 guidelines must be connected when the tenets for ascertaining the material are "farthest point states" (BAEL, BPEL, Eurocodes ...)
