According to me yes OBC candidates can also apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and here I will gather information of exam. Syllabus Paper 1 (Primary Stage):- Child Development and Pedagogy Language I. Language II Mathematics Environmental Studies Paper II (Elementary Stage): - Child Development and Pedagogy Language I. Language II 1. Mathematics and Science 2. Pedagogical issues Social Studies/Social Sciences Application fee Category Only Paper I or II Both Paper I or II General/OBC Rs 600/- Rs 1000/- SC/ST/PH Rs 300/- Rs 500/- Exam pattern Number of Papers: Two (Paper I & Paper II) Paper I is conducted for aspirants having the desire to become the teacher for class I to V. Paper II is organized for aspirants having desire to become the teacher for class VI to VIII. Aspirants interested for both are required to appear for both papers.
