Eligibility Criteria for OJEE 2017

Qualifying Exam
One must have passed 10+2 exam of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects specified

Pass percentage in qualifying exam
One must have passed each individual subject and must have obtained minimum 45% marks in aggregate. SC/ST candidates must have obtained 40%

Subjects in qualifying exam
Compulsory subjects are: Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
Optional subjects are Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Electronics/ Computer science/ Information Technology/ Geology/ Statistics
OR
Language / Physics / Mathematics/ Any One (Chem, Biology, Biotech, Technical Vocational Subject)/ Any Other Subject

Age Limit
There is no upper age limit but one must be 17 or above to be eligible for admissions

Marine Engineering
One must score at least 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry
One needs to score at least 50% marks in English Language either in class 10th or 12th standard.
One should not be colour blind and must have vision 0f 6/12 in both eyes

Architecture
One, aspiring to take admission in the architecture programme need to clear the 10+2 exam of Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or any other equivalent exam. It is mandatory for one to have Mathematics as a compulsory subject and must have scored at least 50% aggregate in any 5 subjects taken together.
