One Year Masters Programs in Science

I am medical science student and want to take admission in Duke University School of Medicine for doing one year Master of Biomedical Sciences (MBS) program. Will you provide me details of Admission requirement also tell me course description and fees of doing this 1 year PG course?

The Duke University School of Medicine is Duke University's medical school operating under the auspices of the Duke University Medical Center.

The Duke University School of Medicine offers an innovative one-year professional master’s degree, the Master of Biomedical Sciences (MBS).

Admission requirement:

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution;
Completed medical/health professional school prerequisites prior to MBS matriculation;
Minimum G.P.A. of 3.2 on all undergraduate and post-baccalaureate work;
US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Degree requirement:


You must complete 38 credits as follows:

Required coursework: 13 required courses: (33 credits)
Elective concentration: (5 credits)

HLTHSCI 501 Human Structure (5 credits)
HLTHSCI 502 Cellular Sciences (5)
HLTHSCI 503 Systems Sciences (5)
HLTHSCI 504, 505, and 506 Medical Arts and Sciences Proseminar I, II and III (2 each, 6 total)
HLTHSCI 511 Enhanced EMT-Basic Training Course (4)
HLTHSCI 507, 508 Discovery/Special Topics Journal Club I, II (4)
INTERDIS 314B Medical Statistics (1)
HLTHSCI 510 Health Systems and Health (3)

Fees:

Tuition for the 2015-2016 academic year is $39,500.
