ONGC Videsh Ltd. ('OVL') a Miniratna Schedule "A" Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) of the Government of India under the authoritative control of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas is the entirely claimed auxiliary and abroad arm of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), the lead national oil organization (NOC) of India.

OVL had wandered into midstream and had effectively finished 741 Km item pipeline venture in Sudan in 2005. In March 2013, it gained 2.36% stake in the BTC pipeline as a feature of its securing of stake in Azerbaijan.
