Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Ophthalmology for Post 4

Class X with Science and holding recognized Diploma/ Certificate course in Pharmacy for Post 5, Matriculation for Post 6

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be between 18 to 35 years for SC/ ST 18 to 33 years for OBC, 18 to 30 years for UR, 18 to 45 years for PWD for Post 1 to 5

18 to 32 years for SC/ ST, 18 to 30 years for OBC, 18 to 27 years for UR, 18 to 42 years for PWD for Post 6
