Punjab School Education Board conducted Punjab TET on 13th December 2015.. Candidates who want appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII applied for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test by submitting online form.

Educational Qualification:

For Primary Stage Teacher (Class I-V):
One should have Senior Secondary or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks & passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR Graduation.

For Elementary Stage Teacher (Class VI-VIII):
One should have completed Graduation with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed) or Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed/ B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
