7. Proof of Date of Birth (School Leaving Certificate etc)

8. Secondary School Examination Certificate and Mark Sheets

9. Higher Secondary Examination Certificate and Mark Sheets

10. Graduation Examination Mark sheets of each year / semester

11. Graduation Passing Certificate
