The OTET Entrance Test is conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.

As you want to download Application Form for OTET Entrance Test, so I want to inform you that Application Forms will be available only in Online Mode.

So application form will be available on the time of admissions.

I am giving simple steps to get link to fill Online Application Form of OTET Entrance Test for your reference:

Firstly go on Homepage of Official Website of OTET Entrance Test.

There will be a link named as EXAMINATION in top middle side. When you will click on that link, you will see a list of some options.

Select OTET EXAMINATION link from that list and reach on a new page that looks like following screen shot:



On this page, you will get link to apply online for OTET Entrance Test.
