passing marks in aptet
I want to know the passing criteria of Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) exam so can you tell me? Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) exam is conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh School Education Department for teachers post in Andhra Pradesh Pass Criteria of APTET: The following are the minimum qualifying marks of Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test for various categories- Community Pass Marks OC 60% Marks and above BC 50% Marks and above SC 40% Marks and above ST 40% Marks and above Differently abled (PH) 40% Marks and above APTET Exam Pattern: All questions in APTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Each carrying one mark There will be no negative marking. The Written test Comprises of Paper-I and Paper-II. Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V. Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII. A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II). Paper-I: It consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions & each question carries one mark and the time duration is 2 ½ hours. For Paper II Social Studies portion the syllabus will cover the sectors namely, History, Geography, Civics and Economics.
