Skills required

Be a skilled practitioner with a track record of teaching consistently good and outstanding lessons

Have drive and determination to work in a leadership role

Demonstrate the ability to take on a leadership role

Be able to ensure that students are motivated and able to progress

Have proven experience and evidence of positively impacting on student progress and raising attainment

Have outstanding subject knowledge and a range of motivating improvement strategies

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Be fully committed to Brompton Academy’s ethos of high expectations

Have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of young people


Salary: £100.00 - £150.00 per day
