Welcome to the Institute of Distance Education of this esteemed University. Here is the Schedule of the Personal Contact Program (PCP) for the Academic Year 2016-2017 (A16 Batch).

The PCP Classes for different courses will be directed at various PCP Centers as specified in the calendar. You are educated to make use with respect to these classes and enhance yourself for scholarly perfection. In such manner, you are educated that you may go to the classes in any of the focuses closest to you.

In such manner, you are told to take note of the accompanying:

1. Understudies are encouraged to make their own particular courses of action for going to the classes.

2. Understudies are told to bring their ID cards and charges paid challan, with expected stationery to go to the classes.

3. Understudies are not permitted to utilize cell phones in the classrooms.

4. The PCP Classes for Part-I Tamil, Part-II English for First Year UG Courses will be held at all the PCP Centers, while the PCP Classes for different dialects subjects for Part-I, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Sanskrit, Hindi, French, Urdu, Arabic and Communicative English for the First Year UG Courses will be held just at the Marina Campus (ORI) University of Madras, Kamarajar Salai, ( Opposite to Thiruvalluvar Statue ) Chennai 600 005 on 22.04.2017 and 23.04.2017.

5. The program plan for the contact classes are liable to changes/cancelations and if there is any change, a similar will be insinuated to the understudies through notice board at the PCP focuses and furthermore in the site:



6. Understudies are encouraged to pay the educational cost expense inside the stipulated due date.

7. Participation is discretionary for the PCP classes.

8. In the event of poor participation, the PCP classes for that course will be suspended from the following day onwards.
