CG PET 2014 is the Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test for admissions to the engineering courses at the graduate level in the state of Chhattisgarh.

CG PET Important Dates:
Start sale Online Applications: March 21, 2014
Last date for Online Applications: April 8, 2014
Admit Card Download: April 23, 2014 onwards
Test Date: May 1, 2014 from 9 am to 12.15 pm
CG PET Result: June 2014

CG PET Paper Pattern:
-The entrance exam will have objective type questions covering the subjects of the Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
-The duration of the exam is for 180 minutes.
-Candidates have to answer a total of 150 questions
-Wrong answers will receive negative marks

CG PET Eligibility Criteria:
-Must have passed 10+2 from the Chhattisgarh Board or any recognized board in the country.
-They must have studied Physics and Maths and Chemistry/Biology/Bio-Technology.
-They must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST)
-They must satisfy the domicile requirements of the state
-They must not be older than 30 years
