TISS welcomes applications for the Integrated M.Phil-Ph.D. also, "Coordinate" Ph.D. Programs (scholarly year 2016-2018) with the different Schools and Independent Centers of the Institute crosswise over TISS Mumbai, Tuljapur and Guwahati Campuses. UGC JRF qualified applicants, post graduates, understudies in the last year post graduation in Social Sciences and unified fields and people with M.Phil and/or modern, scholastic and field based involvement in Social Sciences, Social Work, Disaster Management, Development Studies and partnered fields are welcome to apply.

TISS Eligibility

Qualification For M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programs

The applicant must hold a Second Class Master's or equal degree in a significant subject honored by a perceived college in India or abroad, with no less than a normal of 55 for every penny of total imprints, or a level point normal of 3.5 under the seven-point size of the University Grants Commission (UGC). TISS Admission Procedure

For M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programs

Applicants will be shortlisted in view of their application. Shortlisted applicants will be required to show up for the Research Aptitude Test (RAT).

Applicants who qualify the RAT exam are then required a round of Personal Interview.

Application Process

Applicants must finish the application procedure in online mode. The online application can be spared at any stage (data entered will stay in place).
