Ph.D., in ( Systems Assurance and Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering, Software Technologies, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Computational Science, Computational Engineering, Wireless and Networking, VLSI & embedded Systems, Telecom Management, Service Management, Information Technology Management, Biotech Management, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Medicine, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Satellite Communication, Intelligent Systems & Robotics, Information Technology and Automotive Engineering.)

Eligibility:

i) M.E./ M.Tech./ M. Pharm in relevant discipline with at least 6.0 CGPA (or 60% marks in aggregate) (55% for SC/ST) OR
ii) B.E./ B.Tech./ B. Pharm/ M.Sc. (Basic Science) /M.C.A. in relevant discipline with minimum CGPA 7.0 in a 10 point scale (or 65% marks in aggregate) (60% for SC/ST) OR
