Hello friends here I am looking for info regarding to TIFR Mumbai Photonic Research Fellowship , so would you plz tell me about it??

Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai was established in 1945

As you asking here I am telling TIFR offered Photonic Research Fellowship to expose the best students to high quality research and help them decide about a future career in Photonics R&D (academic or corporate). 15 students (soon-to-graduate or fresh graduates) would be chosen each year and given the opportunity to spend between 3-12 months in a selected laboratory in a premier academic institute.

Students will spend their time contributing to a research project in photonics (which involves generation/ manipulation/ sending/ receiving / processing of light to push the boundaries of diverse fields ranging from communication and fundamental physics to biology and clinical medicine, even art).
