Hello sir is there any one can provide me form of Power Of Attorney Format for Union Bank of India?

The Union Bank of India is provides for NRI candidates. NRI can appoint a Power of Attorney holder to make local payment from his NRE / NRO a/cs. and also investments on his / her behalf.

Restrictions imposed on the Power of Attorney:

A Power of Attorney holder cannot do the following acts:

Open and close NRI a/cs. in the name of NRI
Repatriate funds from a/c. in the form of DD/TT etc.., unless specified in P.A.
Give gifts.
Transfer funds to NRE accounts other then that of Principals
Cannot raise loans/execute documents on behalf of NRI
Cannot tender FC/FCTC

Power of attorney formalities:

Stamping/franking of rs.200/-
To be signed by the account-holder
To be witnessed by a third person
Photo of person in whose favour the “power of attorney” is given. Poa holder to sign across the photo
Power of attorney to be notarised
Pan card copy and proof of address, self attested by holder of power of attorney.
Occupation of poa holder to be mentioned on copy of pan card
