Hello sir, is there any one can provide me application form for PHD admission in Pravara Institute Of Medical Sciences?

The Pravara Institute Of Medical Sciences is provides admission for PHD through its entrance exam. Selection of candidate for Ph.D studies will be through an Entrance test conducted by University.

It shall be followed by an interview organized by the university

Eligibility:
Candidates having passed Post Graduate Degree (Master Degree) Examination with at least 50% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) 5 % relaxation if required in the percentage of marks will be given to the students of State of Maharashtra belonging to SC/ST/DT/NT/SBC/OBC categories
