First-year students pursuing a full-time MBA, from select business schools with 0 - 6 years of pre-MBA experience are eligible to apply for the GIP program.

It is a campus hiring program for first-year students of 6 premier business schools of India and select international business schools.

Recruitment Process
They follow a 4-stage assessment process:
Online psychometric test
Resume-based shortlisting
On-campus group assessment

8-week internship across varied functions: Sales, marketing, finance, strategy, plant operations and supply chain and logistics
