Preparation for the exam of Indian Police Service from class 8th on wards
My son is in 8th class and I want to make him IPS officer and for that I want to get the details of how to start preparation for IPS exam from class 8th on wards so can you provide me that?

As you want to get the details of how to start preparation for IPS exam from class 8th on wards so here is the information of the same for you: Firstly let him pass class 10th as right now he is too small to handle such a pressure To become IPS Officer, you have to apply for UPSC Civil services examination, this examination is conducted in 2 stages: Preliminary examination and Main examination. Preliminary examination is objective type and there are 2 papers in this examination and both are of same marks and Duration. Main examination is Descriptive type and you have to choose the subjects for Main examination on the Basis of Graduation. To apply for Civil services examination, you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised Board, Only Graduate candidates may apply for Civil services examination. But for this your age should between 21 to 30 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates. Final year appearing candidates are also apply for Civil services examination. |
