Practice the rules from the book “Plinth to Paramount” (both the volumes).

Study Newspaper, keep track of International Agreements, Sports and other important developments. You need to avoid Politics (Who said who to whom).

Education Qualification:

The candidate must have done graduation from any discipline which is from any recognized university. Candidate must have basic knowledge of operating computers. Candidate must also be proficient in the official language of his/her state.

Age: The age of the candidate should be between 20 to 28 years
