I want to know the Procedure to become a Police Sub Inspector, will you please tell me the same???

To become a Police Sub Inspector you should fulfill the eligibility conditions for the respective examination which are as following:

Eligibility:
The applicant should hold Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with good academic record.

Physical requirements:
a) Height: 165 cms (for men),
150 cms (for women)
Height relaxable for Hill men and Tribals: 5 cms

b) Chest: 76 cms with expansion
c) Vision: Eye-sight
Distant vision: 6/6 in one and 6/9 in the other eye.
Near vision: 0.6 in one eye and 0.8 in other eye.

The entrance examination covers following topics:
General Knowledge
General English
Reasoning Ability
Maths
