Qualification required

Candidates Must have a BS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Science or related technical discipline

Minimum 7 years experience in program/project management

Minimum 5 years experience managing multiple product development programs in a technically relevant discipline

First hand experience leading new product introduction teams through the product lifecycle in photonics communications industry

Track record of managing projects for on-time, on-cost execution from design concept to manufacturing release

Prior experience with structured product development and manufacturing processes including FMEA practice, product lifecycle gate release process, change control processes, MES systems, etc.

Prior experience working with Silicon foundries or contract manufacturers
