You can fill duplicate Degree Certificate From at the official site of the Pune University when you go to the official site of the Pune University then you will see there certificate link by clicking on this link you will get the apply online link then there will be open a new page where are two link login and create account if you have registered already the you can login there here I am giving you its fee details as below:-

Application Form Fee details:-
Rs. 20/- for Non-Professional courses
Rs. 30/- for Professional course
