The National Railway Labor Conference (NRLC) is a not-for-profit association as well as represents member railroads in dealing with representatives of organized employees on a national level in matters involving railroad labor relations, wellbeing as well as welfare benefits, proper issues under the steady gaze of the courts, Congressional boards of trustees, and other legislative bodies, and different issues of intrigue or worry to its individuals.
