As per my knowledge the Punjabi University Patiala is one of the centers for UGC exam. Various candidates are getting venue as Punjabi University Patiala for their UGC exam.

Candidates must carry their valid online admit cards on the day of examination as the UGC will not send admit cards to the candidates individually on their mailing address.
