I want to apply for Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) KYC and searching for details. Will you tell what documents required to check for KYC in CDSL ventures?

Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) is the second Indian central securities depository. It is based in Mumbai.

Its main function is the holding securities either in certificated or un-certificated i.e. dematerialized form; it helps to enable the book entry transfer of securities.

KYC details:

Know Your Customer, commonly referred to as KYC, enables a bank or a financial institution to validate the identity of its customers. You only need to do this once as a first-time investor.

Documents required:

ID Proof:
PAN Card, Driving License, Passport copy, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, or bank photo passbook.

Proof of Address:
Recent landline or mobile bill, electricity bill, passport copy, recent Demat account statement, latest bank passbook, ration card, Voter ID, rental agreement, Driving License, or Aadhaar card.
