Rajiv Gandhi College of Law is now affiliated to Karnataka State Law University Hubballi has 3yrs LLB course.

LLB Course

Duration - 3 years


Graduation degree in any discipline from recognised University.

Have secured marks, which shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.

42% (41.5% and above shall be treated as 42%) of total marks in case of OBC applicants.

Admission Procedure-

Admission is strictly based on merit, based on the marks secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination.

Course-V Clinical Course-I: Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System

III Semester:

Course-I Public International Law
Course-II Optional-I: Human Rights Law and Practice
Course-III Optional-II: Banking Law
Course-IV Clinical Course-II: Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems(ADR)


V Semester:

Course-I Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act (CPC)
Course-II Optional-III: Intellectual Property Rights-I
Course-III Optional-IV: Interpretation of Statutes & Principles of Legislation
