 Required percentage in 12th for Merchant Navy Merchant Navy mainly deals with the transporting cargo and occasionally passengers through sea by passenger vessels, cargo liners, tankers, carriers etc. Eligibility to apply: The applicant should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 55% marks from any recognized board of India. Physical requirements: Eye Sight = 6/6, Height = 167 cms, Weight = 50 Kg Chest = 77 cm (Normal) / 82 cm (Expanding) Following are the courses under the merchant navy: B.S. Nautical Technology Diploma in Merchant Navy B.Sc.
