As per your demand here I am providing you list of ingredients required and recipe to make Diahdidi Dish so that you can take help from it.

Ingredients:

3 eggs

75 grams of sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoon emulsifier (sp / tbm)

85 g cake flour

15 grams of milk powder

75 grams of pumpkin steamed, mashed

75 ml coconut milk from 1 / 4 warm coconut (I use instant coconut milk Bumas 50 ml, diluted to 75 ml)

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate pasta

50 grams of chocolate cook / meises chocolate for topping

1/4 vanilla powder (extra from me)

Processing Method:

Blender / strain smooth coconut milk and pumpkin. Set aside.

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and emulsifier until fluffy.

Add flour and milk powder sifted and mix evenly.

Enter the pumpkin mixture little by little, stirring gently.

Take 1/3 of dough. Add the chocolate paste. Stir well.

Pour the chocolate dough in plastic mold the shape of flowers / cherry cake mold that has been in topical cooking oil as high as 1/3 mold.

Steam for 10 minutes on medium heat

Sow ripe brown shaved / meises taste. Pour the yolk mixture. Steam for 10 minutes until cooked
