Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) conducts the exam for the recruitment for the post of Assistant:

The Reserve Bank of India invites applications from eligible candidates for 504 posts of “Assistant” in various offices of the Bank.

Selection for the post will be through a country-wide competitive Online Examination and Interview.

RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2016

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates)
Good knowledge of word processing on PC
Minimum – Maximum age limit: 18 and 28 years

The RBI Assistant Exam is held via online mode only i.e. it will be conducted over the computer not as conventional pen-paper based

Candidate will have to take five tests namely –

Reasoning
English Language
Numerical Ability
General Awareness and
Computer Knowledge

Mark to be assigned for one correct answer : 01 mark
Number of question in each test : 40
Total number of questions : 200
Maximum marks for each test: 40
Maximum marks in the exam: 200
Total time duration for the exam : 02 hours
