Eligibility for program
1. Educational Qualification M.Sc.( Applied Mathematics): A candidate seeking admission to MSc (Applied Mathematics should be a Graduate in Science (B Sc) or B A (Mathematics ) with at least 55% marks or As mentioned in para 2.1,hereabove the fifty five percent marks of all the three years/six semesters of B.Sc. (3YDC) or equivalent.

2. Registration Fee:
Registration fee is Rs. 750/- for unreserved candidates and Rs.250/- for Scheduled Cast (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class excluding creamy layer (OBC), of Madhya Pradesh.

If a candidate is applying for more than one course/specialization, than he/she is required to pay registration fee for each course/specialization separately.

3. Candidates must ensure that they have correctly filled the online application form. Incorrectly filled application forms are liable to be rejected.

Documents to be submitted along with the downloaded online-filled application form:

(i) Mark-sheet of qualifying examination.

(ii) Cast & domicile, certificates on prescribed format of Govt of MP (for candidates belonging to Scheduled Cast (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class (excluding creamy layer) (OBC), of Madhya Pradesh).

(iii) Two recent passport size photographs.

(iv) Certificate of the handicapped in case of the handicapped candidate.
