As you want I am telling Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) Technology Demonstration program is a series of technology demonstration missions that has been conceived by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) as a first step towards realizing a Two Stage To Orbit (TSTO) re-usable launch vehicle.

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), announced that a scaled prototype, called Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technology Demonstrator (RLV-TD), was approved to be built and tested in January 2012,
