The Washington State Bar Association is a piece of the legal branch, practicing a legislative capacity approved by the Washington State Supreme Court to permit the state's about 35,000 legal advisors. The Supreme Court received the Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) corrections to the attorney Rules of Professional Conduct, viable April 14, 2015 Every once in a while, proposed corrections to the RPC are submitted to the Court. In November 2015, the Supreme Court distributed for input proposed corrections to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
