Re: RSGB 80M CC Results

A series of short evening challenges on 3.5MHz, advancing rivalry between Affiliated Societies. Singular scores in each occasion check towards a Society's general score. A moving posting is kept up on the Contest Committee HF Contests site page.

Objective

To collect a decent score for your club/group by participate in whatever number challenges in the arrangement as could reasonably be expected, on every one of the four modes if conceivable.

Frequencies and Power

CW: 3520-3560 kHz
SSB: 3600-3775 kHz
PSK: 3580-3590 kHz
RTTY: 3590-3620 kHz

On PSK and RTTY, entrants must ensure that their transmitted signal is within the above frequency limits.

Entrants may enter either of two power Sections :
(i) 100W Section: 100W output maximum
(ii) 10W Section: 10W output maximum

Entrants may change power Section from one contest to another.

Only one signal may be transmitted at any one time.

The July 80m CC SSB contest attracted 187 entries as well as 2 checklogs. A total of 368 different call signs had appeared in the logs. Entries were received from various entities like G, GM, GW, GI, DL, EI, F, LY and PA.

The final 80m CC contest of 2017 (Data) started at 2000 local time (1900 UTC) on Thursday 27th July 2017.
