Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) was established in 2006 by the Government of Rajasthan to enhance the technical education in the state. It aims to provide quality technical education which may help Rajasthan in its technical development and will boost technical environment in India.


The vision of RTU (Rajasthan Technical University) is to cultivate and improve the development of mind, body and personality of the students and enables them to contribute in universal society by development an environment where the students feel welcomed, accepted and respected regardless of religion, caste, creed, gender or social status.


Objectives

To support and uphold the mission and values of the University


To address Students Grievances related to the following and set guidelines to minimize them:
Ragging, Indiscipline, Women harassment
Physically challenged, socially deprived and economically weaker students


To ensure
Tobacco-Free, Drug-Free and Raging-Free campus of every college.
Step-Free access to each unit in the campus for physically challenged persons.


To facilitate the growth of students in the areas of:
Critical thinking, learning skills & Effective communication
Personal well-being including leadership capabilities
Professional ethics, Responsibility and Commitment
Human values, Social responsibility & Community engagement
Extra-curricular activities, games and sports
