Role – Senior Product Support Engineer : Frontline

Accountable Areas
Accountable for delivering positive customer experience through proactive customer case management from start till logical end reflected through CSAT metrics
Time bound Quality Analysis and Superior Customer Communication over Phone, Email, Chat and CRM
Ensure regular quality updates till resolution to prevent case going into stale/ backlog state
Accord priority to S1, S2 Case Handling and Resolution
Ensure consistent compliance to work process and procedures
Ensure continuous learning and complete Saba training to accomplish certification
Build expertise towards resolving Saba functional/usability cases without next level escalation
Seamlessly collaborate and contribute towards larger success of Saba ecosystem
Time bound engagement of next level support with proper triage for cases requiring next level intervention
Accord priority for escalated cases towards handling and resolution
Ensure diligent efforts towards closure of handoff cases
Keep stakeholders timely apprised on the progress
Ensure quality Knowledgebase participation and adoption
Upskill and Cross Skill to improve and expand technical coverage
Consistently deliver aligning with set goals and beyond
Practice 100% Support Process and Customer SLA Compliance

Must Have:
Positive Attitude with Thinking without Box under pressure situations.
Strong hands-on Debugging, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
Passion to serve in customer technical support role and drive value for internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with up to 6 years of relevant SaaS domain experience.
Prior experience working in Technical Support role preferably with cloud based product organization.
Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity, retaining focus and anticipate and logically see through end of a problem situation.
Multitask between priorities, retaining focus on timeliness and quality end results.
Patient, Organized, Composed and Good Listener, thoughtfully responding to any situation.
Strong customer orientation with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player promoting and influencing positive team spirit towards inclusive success.
Highly organized with understanding of processes, SLA’s and tools in a product technical support ecosystem.

Significant Plus:
Prior experience working with HRIS, CRM or any other Cloud Solution Suite.
Cloud computing application and Debugging and Troubleshooting knowledge.
Knowledge of Data Center Networking and WANs.
Basic knowledge in one or more domain as under;
Application : Core Java, Servlets, Java Script, Hibernate
DB : Oracle, MSSQL
Server : JBoss, Apache Tomcat, Oracle Weblogic
